Fox Valley Spring was established in 1989 to be a customer-oriented company providing custom springs. The company has grown to employee 65 people, divided between manufacturing, distribution and office areas.
In 2011 our facility was expanded from 25,000 sq. ft. to 53,000 sq. ft. 7,000 sq. ft. is dedicated to office space, while the balance of the facility is divided between manufacturing and distribution. This addition allows us to house equipment for an expanded product line and new opportunities. It will also make shipping and receiving operations more efficient and allow for future employee growth.

In 2015 Fox Valley Spring was sold to a team of people with extensive experience in manufacturing and business. In general, most of the staff at Fox Valley Spring remained the same to continue the same level of custom service and quality you have come to except.
Currently, Fox Valley Spring utilizes 20 CNC automated spring coilers, allowing us to manufacture complex springs in one operation. If we do not have the resources, we will partner with other companies who have those capabilities.
